By Road from Central London

Take the M1 until Junction 5. Take the second exit on the roundabout, sign posted Watford. Keep right then take second exit off the roundabout. Head across the next roundabout into the Business Park. Follow Colonial Way to the top, follow the road to the right onto Imperial Way. The Empire Centre is on the left.  Enter the complex and follow the road around to the right, we are number 22.

 By Road from the M25 Anti-Clockwise

Take Junction 21A off the M25. Take the first exit on the roundabout, sign posted A405 Watford.& Keep left and get onto the Mt1 South. Take the next exit off the M1 Junction 5. Take the third exit on the roundabout, sign posted Watford. Keep right then take second exit off the roundabout. Head across the next roundabout into the Business Park. Follow Colonial Way to the top, follow the road to the right onto Imperial Way. The Empire Centre is on the left. Enter the complex and follow the road around to the right, we are number 22.

 By Road from the M25 Clockwise

Take Junction 19 off the M25. Take the second exit on the roundabout onto the A41. At the next roundabout take the fourth exit onto the A412. Continue straight past the BMW garage. At the second set of traffic lights turn left into Balmoral Road. Turn right after the Volvo garage onto Imperial Way. The Empire Centre is on the right. Enter the complex and follow the road around to the right, we are number 22.

We are located within a short taxi ride from Watford Junction National Rail station. All Northamption and Milton Keynes Silver Link services from London Euston stop at Watford Junction. You can also take the London Underground Metropolitan Line to Watford, Zone A.
